We demand a strong Comp Plan that REQUIRES housing that is permanently affordable to low income people (below 30% AMI) and large enough for families (3+ bedrooms)! We demand an end to the displacement of residents! We demand equity for Black residents and other communities of color! We demand planning and zoning that is accountable to residents and our city’s needs, not developer’s greed!
